Questions
- What happens to my circuits if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. You keep read and edit access to everything you built; you simply cannot create new projects beyond the lower plan limit until you are under it again.
- How do I cancel?
- Open “Manage subscription” on your current plan. It takes you to the Polar customer portal, where you can cancel, change card or download invoices. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Are the AI message limits per day or per month?
- Per day, counted in UTC and reset automatically at midnight UTC. A message means one request you send to the assistant — the follow-up steps it takes on its own to finish that request are not counted again.
- What is the difference between WireAI and WireAI Pro?
- WireAI answers directly and is the fastest way to build and edit a circuit; it is on every plan, including Free. WireAI Pro reasons through the problem before answering, which helps on tricky diagnostics and larger schematics. Pro is available from the Starter plan upwards, and both models draw from the same daily message limit.
- Which payment methods are supported?
- Everything Polar offers for your country — cards at minimum, plus local methods where they are available. Polar is our merchant of record, so it also handles VAT and sales tax on the invoice.
