Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using wirescriptstudio.comor the Wirescript Studio application (collectively, the "Service") operated by Wirescript Studio("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
Wirescript Studio is currently in pre-launch / beta phase. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. Features, functionality, and availability are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Service during this phase.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. If you are under 16, please do not use our Service.
By joining the waitlist, you are expressing interest in Wirescript Studio. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service. We reserve the right to determine the order and criteria for granting early access at our sole discretion. Waitlist positions are non-transferable.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wirescript Studio and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
The WireScript DSL language specification and Wirescript Studio application are proprietary to Wirescript Studio. Open-source components used within the Service are subject to their respective licenses.
Any circuit designs, WireScript code, or other content you create using the Service remain your intellectual property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
Wirescript Studio does not warrant that: (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, securely, or be available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WIRESCRIPT STUDIO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (a) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE; (b) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (c) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wirescript Studioand its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Wirescript Studio. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
